7. Donor Wound Care:

8. Graft Preservation:

9. Microscopic Dissection:

10. Recipient Preparation:

The patient changes position to lie on their back to prepare for the implantation of hair grafts into the desired area.

11. Skin Preparation and Anesthesia:
The physician injects local anesthetic into the recipient area combined with saline mixed with a hemostatic agent (Tumescent Solution) to help expand the skin layer, reduce bleeding, and facilitate easier and more accurate hair root implantation.

12. Implantation:
The physician creates incisions (Slit Making) according to the designed natural hair direction and angle. Then, the prepared hair root cells are carefully inserted into the incisions until the full count is reached.

13. Immediate Post-Op Care:

Upon completion of the transplantation, the physician will cover the wound at the back with gauze wrapped around the head (Headband) to prevent infection and reduce swelling, ensuring it is not too tight, along with a covering cap provided by the clinic. Preparation Before Permanent Hair Transplantation

• Get adequate rest before undergoing the permanent hair transplant.

• Discontinue vitamins, medications, or certain supplements that affect blood clotting (blood thinners). These should be stopped approximately 1-2 weeks before the permanent hair transplant.

Post-Operative Care Instructions

• Avoid getting water on the scalp and do not wash your hair for the first 2 days.
